Intro
Bonjour les terriens et terriennes, voici le premier message de BIM Mars.
Je suis Yousheng WANG, le créateur de ce blog.
J’ai étudié pendant quatre ans en Chine à l’Université de Wuhan en Génie Civil. Je suis arrivé en France en 2016. Je suis diplômé de l’ESTP (École Spéciale des Travaux Publics) à Paris en 2018. Maintenant, je suis développeur BIM chez WIZZCAD. Le sujet de mon travail est la numérisation de la construction et les innovations autour du BIM.
Pourquoi BIM ?
Pourquoi le sujet est BIM? Simple, c’est mon travail et j’adore ça.
Depuis mon étude en Chine, j’ai entendu des gens parler de BIM. Et en 2016, je suis arrivé à ESTP, ce sont les cours BIM qui m’attirent le plus. Donc, j’ai pris beaucoup de temps en dehors de l’école pour connaître et comprendre le BIM. Pour connaître le travail de différents acteurs dans un projet de construction, j’ai choisi l’option Design en 3ème année. L’ESTP est l’endroit le plus important pour moi pour découvrir ma curiosité. En même temps, j’ai appris beaucoup de choses. Mais je ne suis pas sûr d’être un bon exemple pour l’école. parce que je suis trop concentré sur des choses hors de l’école. (mais quoi qu’il en soit, merci de me considérer comme un étudiant témoigner et de mettre ma photo sur le site de l’école 🙂
Avec deux stages qui lient directement avec le BIM, j’ai décidé de choisir ce domaine pour ma future carrière. Mais comme un développeur ou un utilisateur de BIM, je ne sais pas où est mon chemin pour avancer. Jusqu’au j’ai travaillé chez VINCI Construction France, DRTO Centre-Est, à Lyon. J’ai constaté que je suis extrêmement satisfait de la création d’outils pour d’autres ingénieurs. Quelques petites fonctions pour automatiser certains tâches peuvent me conduire dans un monde sans avoir le temps qui passe. Et quand la partie de mon travail est vraiment utilisée pour un vrai projet. J’y ai trouvé ma valeur, et cela m’encourage à poursuivre ma création.
Alors je suis là. un développeur de BIM.
Mais la vérité est que je ne peux pas venir ici moi-même, je voudrais dire un super merci pour un groupe de personnes spéciales. Ces personnes qui ont été enseignant et guide pendant longtemps dans le domaine du BIM.

Être étudiant à l’ESTP, me donne une chance de vous connaître. J’ai lu beaucoup de votre blog et j’ai beaucoup appris de votre article. Même le nom de mon blog est inspiré par la réponse de l’univers 42. Mais je ne suis pas assez bon pour découvrir l’univers entier, donc Mars pour l’instant.
Peut-être que vous ne me connaissez pas, mais vraiment merci.
Et avec le début de mon voyage avec BIM Mars, je voudrais faire quelque chose comme le vôtre. Je voudrais vraiment aider le domaine et encourager ces gens comme moi. Être courageux et passionné de créer quelque chose qui aidera un peu l’ingénieur dans le BIM. Peut-être que je ne suis pas si bon pour ça, mais j’essaie d’être bon.
Pourquoi Mars ?
Je suis un grand fan de la Nasa et de l’univers depuis mon enfance. Pas à cause de ces étoiles brillantes, mais du courage, de la possibilité, de l’inconnu et de chaque tentative après l’échec.
Alors, maintenant, je peux vous dire pourquoi j’ai choisi «BIM Mars, d’Oppy à Curiosité» pour mon premier article. La Nasa a sa propre façon de donner un nom à son rover sur Mars. Tous ces noms de rover viennent d’enfants d’Amérique. Oppy est un surnom de Opportunité, un robot rover lancé le 7 juillet 2003 dans le cadre du programme Mars Exploration Rover de la NASA. Et il a envoyé son dernier message depuis Mars le 10 juin 2018.Curiosity est un autre rover lancé le 26 novembre 2011 et en travaillant sur Mars en ce moment.
Oppy et Curiosity, j’adore ces deux mots et le sprite derrière eux. Pour moi, le BIM est toujours un lieu rempli d’inconnues et de possibilités. Donc, simplement-dit, Oppy peut nous laisser rejoindre le voyage, mais la Curiosité nous pousse à aller plus loin.
Sujet sur Mars
Clairement, le sujet principal concernera le BIM. Comme certaines questions commencent par pourquoi, quoi, comment et se terminent par BIM. Certains logiciels, tels que Revit, Naviswork, Tekla ou ArchiCAD, seront concernés. Et des outils comme Dynamo et Grasshopper. Et avec beaucoup de programmation.
Et le deuxième sujet concerne le Design. Spécifique pour la conception numérique. Comme l’interface utilisateur, l’expérience utilisateur, la conception du flux de travail, etc. Parce que je pense que la partie design peut donner de la chaleur à un produit. Je pense que la technologie peut être chaude, sexy, émotionnelle aussi. Il a sa propre attitude et sa température.
Enfin, j’espère que BIM Mars pourra avoir une mise à jour hebdomadaire. J’espère justement.

我是这个博客的创建者 王有生。
我在中国 武汉大学 工程力学系专业 学习了四年。 我于2016年抵达法国。在2018年毕业于巴黎的工程师学校 ESTP(École Spécialedes Travaux Publics)。现在我是一名WIZZCAD的 BIM开发者。 我的工作主题是围绕BIM和建筑领域的创新以及数字化。
为什么是 BIM ?
为什么这个博客的主题是BIM？ 很简单，这是我的工作，并且我很喜欢它。

第二个主题将会是围绕着 设计。 专门针对数字化的设计。例如 用户界面UI，用户体验UX，工作流设计等。因为我认为 设计的这一部分可以给产品带来一些温度。 我相信技术可以是温暖的，可以是感性的，也可以是性感的。 它应该有自己的态度和温度。
最后，我希望BIM Mars可以是一个每周更新的博客。 当然，这也只是我的希望而已。

Hello earthman, here is the first message from BIM Mars.
I’m Yousheng WANG, the creator of this blog.
I spent 4 years studying Civil Engineering at Wuhan University in China. Then I came to France in 2016 and graduated from ESTP(École Spéciale des Travaux Publics) in Paris two years later. Now I am a BIM developer at WIZZCAD. The subject of my job is the digitization of construction and innovations around BIM.
Why BIM ?
Why the topic is BIM ? Simple, it’s my work & I love it.
Since my education in China, I have heard people talking about BIM. And in 2016, I came to ESTP, what attracted me the most was the BIM courses there. Therefore, I started spending a lot of time in learning more about BIM after class. In order to know the work of different actors in a construction project, I chose the option Design in my third-year study. ESTP is the most important place where I discovered my curiosity and learned a lot. However, I’m not sure if I was a good example for the school, because I focused too much on things out of class. ( anyway, thank you for considering me as a qualified student and put my picture on the school website 🙂
With two internships that directly related to BIM, I decided to pursue my future career in this area. However, to be a developer or a user of BIM, that’s the question. Until I worked as a developer in VINCI Construction France, DRTO Centre-Est, at Lyon. I found that I was extremely happy to create tools for other engineers. Even little function for automating certain work can drive me to a world without time. I found my value when the part of my work was truly used for some real project, which encouraged me to continue my creation.
So, here I am. a developer of BIM.
But the truth is I couldn`t get here on my own. I would like to say great thanks to some special people who have been my teacher and communicator for a long time in the field of BIM

And at the beginning of my journey with BIM Mars, I want to do something like what you did. I want to do something truly helpful for the field and encourage those people like me. Push them to be brave and passionate to create something for giving even a little help for the engineer in the BIM. Maybe I’m not good enough at present, but I’m trying to be a good one.
Why Mars ?
I’m a big fan of Nasa and the universe since my childhood. Not because of those shining stars, but the courage, the possibility, the unknown and each attempt beyond failure
So, now, I can tell you why I chose « BIM Mars, from Oppy to Curiosity » as my first article. Nasa has its own way to give a name for its rover. All those names of the rover come from children in America. Oppy is a nickname of Opportunity, a robotic rover that was launched on July 7, 2003, as part of NASA’s Mars Exploration Rover program. And it sent its final message from Mars on June 10, 2018. Curiosity is another rover launched on November 26, 2011, and still working on Mars right now.
Oppy and Curiosity, I love these two words and the sprite behind them. For me, the BIM is still a place full of unknown and possibility. So, simply put, Oppy can let us join the journey, while Curiosity drives us to go further.
Topic on Mars
Clearly, the main topic will around the BIM, like some question begin with why, what, how and end with BIM. It will involve some software like Revit, Naviswork, Tekla or ArchiCAD, some tool like Dynamo and Grasshopper and lots of programming contents.
And the second topic is around Design, especially for digital design, such as User Interface, User Experience, Workflow Design, etc. I think the design part can give a product some heat. I believe that the tech can be warm, can be sexy, can be emotional. It has its own attitude and temperature.
At last, I hope BIM Mars can be a weekly update blog. Just hope it is, no more request.
